Ceramics Ireland Awards
Ceramics Ireland provide several awards each year. They are all independently selected see below for more details
The travel bursary is a joint initiative between Scarva Pottery Supplies and Ceramics Ireland. The award is selected by an independent selector (external to the Ceramics Ireland committee). The award is € 500, artists have to write and article on return from their travels for the magazine.
2013 Travel bursary deadline passed in August and we received no applications so the award will not take place this year.
2012 Travel bursary was awarded to Evelina Wojtowicz who features in Issue 30 of the magazine.
Mill Cove Gallery – Irish Contemporary Ceramics Awards
The Ceramics Ireland committee select this award from images supplied by the Mill Cove Gallery as the selection process happens before the exhibition opens. The Award in 2012 was for a 1 year membership to Ceramics Ireland.

RDS Crafts Competition
The RDs Craft Competition takes place each year in August. The selection of artists is made by the RDS panel of selectors, through photograph and application form. Ceramics Ireland have provided a €500 award at the competition for many years now, this award is selected by the RDS ceramics selector without consultation with Ceramics Ireland.
